  1. It looks like your pizza crust is on parchment? Is that so, or am I just seeing something in the photo that is not there?

    • Yes. I make it on the parchment, then cook it for a minute or two before I pull the parchment off. I could never get the flour/cornmeal to work on sliding the pizza off the peel. It is also much cleaner with parchment. But parchment burns at very high temps, so I make sure to pull it, as soon as I can. It usually just slides right out from under the pizza.

      • I am going to try that, Thanks! I have the same issue with the flour/cornmeal. My dough turns out great (I thought it might be too wet?), but my pizzas are never pretty (round).
